Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
- Implementing guidelines to improve our Software Development quality.
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to ensure each process step is correct to deliver the required quality.
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and identifying the reasons for product issues.
- Standardize the same level of quality within our 2 plants.
- Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring that all necessary records and reports are accurate and up to date.
- To be responsible for the ISO certifications
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to quality control, sharing knowledge and insights with team members and stakeholders.
**Required Technical and Professional Knowledge & Skills**:
Required Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
- 5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
**Preferred Education**:
Business Administration, Quality Control Management**Travel Requirements**:
Overseas travel will be required.
