All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **_ Missions_** Based in our offices in Paris, as part of the Group Consolidation team, process and manage Group consolidation results and analysis for both management and external communication. **Your main missions will be the following**: - ** Consolidation and Reporting**: - Prepare consolidation entries for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting according to US GAAP (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and IFRS (yearly) - Oversee reporting packages from subsidiaries and ensure their compliance with the Group accounting rules - Prepare the monthly CFO presentation deck including reviews/comments on consolidated financial statements - Work closely with the Central Controlling team and the Finance Shared service to ensure accuracy and the timely reporting of SAP-BFC packages - Prepare disclosures for all public requirements including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and Annual Report Statements - ** Main responsibilities**: - Prepare constant currency analysis on Contribution ex-TAC and Adjusted EBITDA - Run monthly reconciliation between Consolidated figures and FP&A reporting on Contribution ex-TAC and Adjusted EBITDA - Prepare yearly bridge between US GAAP and IFRS consolidation - ** Other / Projects**: - Participate to post-acquisition integration projects - Maintain SAP-BFC consolidation tool - Work closely with the Corporate Finance teams on transversal projects **_ Profile_** - 5 years experience in a consolidation department or accounting firm (Big Four) in US GAAP environment, with SEC reporting and consolidation focus - Knowledge of SAP/BFC (Magnitude) - Strong xls, ppt skills - Fluent English - Highly organized, autonomous and rigorous - Good communication skills - Dynamic - Team player At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
