We are seeking an Internal Control Analyst - all genders.
As part of the Internal Control & Risks department, you’ll be in charge of facilitating and assisting the development of a suitable, practical & risk-based Internal Control system.
**What will be your mission?**
- Contribute to the internal control system framework improvement through the development and continuous update of the internal control referential in coordination with others functions (Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, )
- Provide training and support to the subsidiaries, departments or projects in the implementation of the Internal control system framework
- Animate and participate to internal control assessment process
- Monitor action plans progress in collaboration with region/cluster/countries Finance managers
- Consolidate, analyze and report internal control KPI's evolution
- Contribute to the animation of the Internal Control Champions network
**Who are you?**
- Master level with 3/5 years of professional experience in Internal Control, Audit or similar domains
- Knowledge in French and International regulations : Loi Sapin 2, IFRS, CSRD
- Synthetic and Analytic spirit skills,
- Good oral and writing skills,
- Good contact and communication skills
- Pragmatic and risk oriented
- Behaviors: team spirit, open-mindedness, simplicity, optimism, proactivity
