Veracyte, a leading provider of innovative diagnostic solutions, is seeking a **highly motivated and skilled Senior Manager Procurement **to join our supply chain department in Marseille.

**Position**:
This position is under the direct responsability of the Director Supply Chain based in the US:

- Leads and manages suppliers such as evaluation, selection, contract management and supply agreements:

- Engages with Suppliers
- Leads contracts (NDA, Supply Agreements) negotiations, reviews and executions
- Maintains and evaluates supplier’s’performance.
- Manages all activities related to manufacturing raw material procurement:

- Demand gathering, including:

- Frecast consolidation
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Analyzing demand patterns
- Implementing inventory management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.
- Purchase Orders creation, approval, submission and follow up
- Leads and manages planning activities for procurement in support of manufacturing:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.
- Supports S&OP process
- Partners with Manufacturing department for Build of Materials (BOM) setup
- Partners with Logisitics and Warehouse departments for inventory accuracy
- Partners with and support Finance department for valuation and cash flow visibility
- Manages purchasing process improvements
- Ensures compliance to Quality Standards from the Procurement standpoint
- Manages and leads assigned team.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, or supply chain management,
- 5-8 years experience in a similar position,
- You are a highly organized person with analytical skills,
- Able to prioritized based upon business needs and adaptability in priority changes, you know how to make make reasoned decisions under pressure,
- You are fluent in French and English and you enjoy being part of an international team,
- You are recognized for your ability to work autonousmly
