**Join Us**
Deezer is looking for an organised and dynamic Project Manager to join our Content team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating Deezer music operations projects, and integrating editorial insight into product development, ensuring their successful execution, and maintaining synergy across various teams. Your main focus will include operational excellence, adherence to project deadlines, and aiding in the creation and maintenance of content that deeply connects with our audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Management:
- Lead project management efforts for major initiatives that involve the Content teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet predefined objectives.
- Develop and implement project scopes and timelines, and coordinate resources from multiple departments to achieve project goals.
- Coordination
- Serve as a link between the Content Team and the Product Marketing, CRM, Social Media, and Creative teams on editorial projects,
- Oversee project execution in-app, including scheduling in the content calendar and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Regularly conduct detailed performance analyses of completed projects and operations to inform future strategies and enhance content effectiveness.
- Manage all documentation associated with projects through project management tools.
- Cross-functional projects collaboration
- Serve as a link between Content and Product, Data Science & Analytics, and Marketing to ensure alignment and develop best practices for future cooperation ;
- Actively follow up on all Product projects and advocate for Content initiatives within the Product team ;
- Editorial programmation:
- Oversee all new page or module builds and modifications in the Content Management System (CMS).
- Suggest editorial programmation strategies based on data and user feedback.
- Develop promotional plans for selected operations, ensuring alignment with Deezer’s content strategy.
- Assist local and product teams in building and setting up promotional plans for local-only activations.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the quality of programmed content across the app, maintaining high standards in line with Deezer's editorial guidelines.
**Qualifications**
- Experience (3+ years) in digital content coordination or operations, preferably in a music-oriented environment.
- Proven project management skills, with experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of global popular music, the music industry/supply chain, and the catalogue organisation within a streaming platform.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira, Monday board).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
