**POSITION AND MISSIONS**
You are joining our OST and Proxy Voting team, which is looking for a **Middle Office OST & Proxy voting Manager**, for a 6-month **internship** from **January 2026**.
You join the OST and Proxy Voting team composed of 5 people within the operations management.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Prepare the voting season at General Assemblies (List of Voting Funds, implementation of POA if necessary, Setting up Prohibited Values) ;
- Processing of votes at the AG: - Announcement of expected votes to the management;
- Analysis of rejections and implementation of corrections.
- Development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPI) tailored to the client’s specific needs;
- Monitoring of actors in the chain (Depositary and voting provider) ;
- Participation in the middle office activity of a large asset manager;
- Preparation of the list of voting portfolios;
- Implementation of proxies (POA);
- Voting processing (rejection management, monitoring our voting provider).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Market Finance.
You are looking for a first experience in Asset Management.
You know Financial Products.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are organized, curious and willing.
And last but not least, you are at ease with English.
