**Your role and contribution**

We are looking for an Innovation Product Manager apprentice to work in the Marketing and strategy team of the Innovation Department from **September 2025** in Ecully.

Supervised by an Innovation Marketing or Product Manager, you will contribute to the Marketing mission in the innovation process: to explore innovation opportunities & generate innovative and disruptive products or services solutions, answering proven and robust consumer insights.

Your missions:

- Contribute to the understanding of the market, competitive environment, and consumers, by:
o Analyzing market data on different tools (marketing and consumer data platforms and panels, social listening, ).

o Ensuring regular browsing of web articles and social networks to identify trends and key information linked to our research topics.
- Contribute to the identification and validation of robust consumer insights, by:
o Analyzing marketing study reports, and synthesizing their key learnings.

o Contributing to organizing consumer studies and tests: requests, briefings, writing of insights and concepts for the tests, validation with key countries.
- Contribute to the construction of new and disruptive concepts of products and services, by:
o Participating and/or co-organizing ideation and design sprint sessions, creativity sessions.

o Contributing to the definition of the product/service positioning and value proposition.

o Participating in different workshops (recipe testing, eco-design, ).

**Bring your competencies**

You are studying for a master’s degree in business/marketing/innovation, ideally with a specialization in strategy or a Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Marketing or Innovation or equivalent.

Your analytical skills allow you to extract and highlight the key learnings from your research.

You are dynamic, creative, and think out of the box.

Your communication skills mean that you can be convincing.

You are curious about the transformation of our society and consumers’ behaviors.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, and you enjoy working as part of a team.

You show a sense of autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.

Your English is fluent, and you master the Microsoft Office suite.

Some knowledge of agile project management methods and processes (design thinking, design sprint, ) will be a plus.
