Pim Specialist

Bandai Namco Europe is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.

BNEU is the western content hub of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.(BNEI), and is building its reputation with franchises such as LITTLE NIGHTMARES, THE DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY, and the upcoming UNKNOWN 9 Awakening - developed by the recently acquired Reflector Entertainment based in Montreal, QC.

**Poste**:
Within the Marketing Team and reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing Director, the PIM Specialist is responsible for managing product data and ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

They primary focus is on coordinating internal efforts to collect, organize, and disseminate product information to relevant stakeholders and systems.

Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):

- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product information related to video games.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, production, sales) to gather accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Facilitate communication between departments by organizing weekly meetings to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Utilize PIM software (such as Akeneo, Quable, or Salsify) to centralize and manage product data. Create and maintain product attributes, categories, and hierarchies within the PIM system.
- On the longer term, distribute enriched product data to various channels (websites, catalogs, e-commerce platforms, etc.). Optimize data for search engines and user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement quality assurance processes to regularly audit and validate product information, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors.
- Provide training to relevant teams on PIM processes and best practices. Create and maintain documentation for data management procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate PIM systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP or CRM, to facilitate seamless data flow across the organization.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing PIM solutions in collaboration with our IT Department, ensuring optimal performance, evolutions and value for the organization.

**Profil**:

- Degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in data management, preferably within the entertainment or video game industry
- Familiarity with PIM systems & data management tools
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in PIM
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

Contract: full time (permanent)

Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation
