Business Analyst

As a future Business Analyst, you will report to our Head of Technology for Select and you will be part of the PE, UL, Risk & Regulatory Technology team.

Your role and responsibilities will notably include:

- Lead and perform the support of key business systems used by AXA IM Select Belgium, this includes daily operational support and troubleshooting.
- Liaison with external software suppliers in the support of key business systems.
- Manage external software suppliers, running weekly and monthly governance meetings to ensure BAU and project follow-up and governance together with the wider AXA IM Select Technology teams.
- Locally within technology for AXA IM Select Belgium, lead incident management, request management and change management processes.
- Participate in wider initiatives such as information security, operational resilience and risk topics.
- Role is based on site in Paris, with monthly trips to Brussels.

**Qualification and experience**
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Honours degree or relevant experience
- Experienced with supporting business users
- A first experience in the investment management sector is preferable

**Your knowledge and skills**
- French & English are mandatory, Dutch would be a plus
- Familiar with IT infrastructure concepts such as servers, storage, network, databases, identity and access management, authentication, backups, disaster recovery, scheduling, file transfers
- Technical skills such as SQL, Scripting, Python and VBA
- Change management lifecycle experience.
- Strong autonomy in role required
- Good analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Capacity to perform several tasks in parallele
