Nos équipes sont mobilisées autour de 2 practices: Technologies & Digital et Consumer goods, Luxury & Retail.

Pour soutenir notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Research Associate / Recrutement secteur Digital.

En étroite collaboration avec nos consultants, vous intervenez sur des missions de recrutement de dirigeants, managers et experts principalement de l'univers des Technologies et du Digital en France et à l’international:

- Définition de la stratégie de recherche ;
- Organisation des entretiens chez nos clients;
- Reporting auprès des consultants et des clients sur les misisons dont vous avez la charge.

Vous intégrez une équipe passionnée et collaborative dans laquelle vous pourrez prendre des responsabilités croissantes, développer votre autonomie et votre créativité.

Le poste est-il fait pour vous?
- Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure avec une première expérience professionnelle dans le recrutement ou la ferme intention de vous reconvertir dans ce métier passionnant.
- Organisé(e), rigoureux (se), faisant preuve de curiosité, d’ingéniosité et de réactivité.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais pour se voir confier des missions à l'international.
- A l'aise ou très curieux de l'univers du Digital, de l'IT, de l'Ingénierie et des Technologies.
- Aptitude au travail d’équipe et à la co-création.
