Within the Scientific Communication Department we are looking for a:
Global Trainer M/F

What You’ll Do
- Create, conceive and write training tools related to microbiota
- Implement global training strategy and tactics to stakeholders
- Organize and run initial and/or continuous training sessions at global and local level
- Develop training modules related to new therapeutic areas.
- Manage e-learning: evaluate existing training tools and recommend high value-added solutions
- Update existing content hosted on our internal LMS
- Promote innovation and digital solutions

Who You Are

You combine marketing / training thinking and scientific rigor. You are motivated by what you do, you love challenges and being creative. You are open-minded and sociable.

Required skills
- Graduate degree (Master’s in Healthcare, Engineering, Pharma, or MBA)
- 2-3 years’ experience with a first successful experience in sales force training, ideally in an international environment.
- You have good communication, project management and writing skills.
- You are fluent in English, with a good level both written and oral, a second language would be a plus.
- You have a strong interest in digital and e-learning tools.
