La BRED s’attache à répondre à l’ensemble de ses clients (particuliers, privés, entreprises), et peut s’appuyer sur des pôles d’expertises tels que sa salle des marchés, sa société de gestion d’actifs, sa compagnie d’assurance et sa propre DSI. **Poste et missions**:
**_ Etre Project Manager IT H/F _**
Au sein de la filière DSI - Risque, Finance et pilotage de la banque, le directeur de programme pilote l’ensemble des projets participant à la refonte du SI tarification et regroupé au sein du programme TARIFA, engagé à la BRED depuis bientôt 4 ans mais sur lequel il reste de nombreux chantiers/produits à traiter.
Il est responsable de la réussite, en termes de valeur, budget, délais, d’un programme composé de plusieurs projets. Il pilote chaque étape du programme, structure l’organisation, coordonne les projets et équipes, mesure avancement et valeur, gère les parties prenantes et l’ensemble des ressources.
A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
- Construire la solution en mode équipe et itératif en intégrant les bonnes pratiques d’exploitation et de supervision
- Structurer temporellement le programme et les priorités
- Valider les backlogs et la synchronisation entre projets
- Définir la gouvernance du programme
- Piloter et accompagner les équipes informatiques de Bred Joinville et de la filiale BRED-IT à Bangkok.
- Planifier, contrôler et valoriser le travail de son équipe ; assurer la répartition des tâches
- Prendre en charge le travail nécessaire de communication auprès de ses « clients » (explications, présentations, vulgarisations, rencontres d’utilisateurs, etc.) pour faciliter la conduite du changement
- Assurer le suivi de l’activité de son programme (tableaux de bord, outils de gestion de projet, etc.)
- Anticiper les changements et leurs impacts
- Participer à la formalisation, consolidation et évolution de la cartographie générale du système d’information
**Profil et compétences requises**:

De formation Bac+5 minimum, vous avez déjà occupé le poste de Chef de Produit SI ou Product Owner en lien avec le SI Tarification et avoir une expérience de gestion d’équipe
Lors de vos expériences passées, vous avez pu développer votre goût collaboratif, votre aisance relationnelle, votre capacité à relayer l’information, ainsi que votre détermination et votre capacité à prendre des initiatives.
La gestion de projets et de programmes dans un environnement agile et une réelle expertise fonctionnelle en comptabilité bancaire sont essentielles à la bonne réussite de ce poste.
