International Head of Construction

Your core responsibilities as an International Head of Construction (M/F/x) will be:

- **
Project Management**: You support your team of Team leaders and Project Managers in the development of multiple construction projects (currently more than 70) and keep track of project progress. You shape international project management and cross-departmental collaboration in construction - building new structures and improving processes to support our ambitious growth strategy.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: You effectively engage and manage relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes. You find and retain top-notch subcontractors who align with our project requirements and negotiate contracts and prices, finding that sweet spot of establishing long-term relationships with suppliers while achieving win/win outcomes. You provide comprehensive reports to the management, enabling informed decision-making and project success.
- ** Team Leadership**: Hire, train, and motivate an international team. Develop structures, goals, objectives, and priorities together with your team.

**Your profile**:

- You are experienced in project management (in the construction industry) and enjoy overseeing many projects simultaneously
- You know how to create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards that empower effective project and team monitoring, ensuring optimal time and cost control
- You bring exceptional negotiation skills aiming to build and continuously improve sustainable cooperation with partners.
- Your way of working is pragmatic and solution-oriented, conflicts are there for you to resolve
- You are open to new ideas and know how to inspire and motivate your team with a foundation of honesty and transparency
- You have very good English and German or French language skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to be close to your team and projects
