**What You Will Be Doing for Ferma**:
As part of Ferma, you will attend selected sessions at EHA-EBMT 2025 on our behalf. Capture and gather valuable content presented, contributing to our mission of advancing the life sciences industry.

**What We Offer**:

- **Registration for EHA-EBMT 2025**: We will cover the cost of your conference registration, granting you access to all the sessions, presentations, and exhibits throughout the event.
- **Conference Attendance Certificate**: You will receive an official certificate confirming your participation in EHA-EBMT 2025. This certificate will add value to your academic and professional profile, demonstrating your commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in life sciences.
- **€20-€25 per Hour**: As a part-time attendee, you will be compensated with a competitive rate of €20-€25 per hour for your services during the conference - we will ask you to mandatorily attend a few assigned sessions. Any time on the conference days outside of these sessions will be entirely yours.
- **Minimum Paid Hours**:You'll be paid for at least 25 hours provided you attend all the sessions assigned to you.
