Cynthia du cabinet Kaptys vous propose une nouvelle offre aujourd'hui, en CDI chez un client final: Notre client est un éditeur de logiciel nantais, qui développe plusieurs solutions complètes dans le domaine des jeux et paris sportifs. Avec une croissance importante ces dernières années, ils sont désormais une soixantaine de collaborateurs à participer à l'aventure, dont une trentaine à Nantes. L'entreprise recherche un(e) Product Manager pour accompagner la conception du front-end de leur solution de prise de paris sportifs. **Le poste est-il fait pour vous ?** Vous pilotez l'évolution de l'offre Online et mettez en œuvre la stratégie Produit. En collaboration avec les équipes développement web et UX/UI, les principales missions sont: - ** STRATÉGIE** : construire et s'approprier l'offre, comprendre la vision produit et la faire évoluer, définir et suivre la roadmap, suivre la performance produit, améliorer l'expérience utilisateurs etc - ** DISCOVERY** : recueillir et comprendre les besoins utilisateurs, mener les recherches sur le marché, anticiper et tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités etc - ** DELIVERY** : Donner les inputs vision et stratégie aux features teams, être garant des users stories, suivre les développements, garantir le respect de la qualité et des délais etc ==> Télétravail 2 jours par semaine _(entreprise située dans le centre de Nantes)._ **Êtes-vous la bonne personne ?** - Vous bénéficiez de minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que **Product Manager / Project Manager**, avec la gestion de **produit Tech agile **(en relation avec les développeurs web) - Idéalement, vous avez occupé ce poste au sein d'une scale-up ou PME, de préférence chez un éditeur de logiciel - Une expérience dans le domaine des jeux ou paris sportifs sera un vrai plus - Vous avez une appétence pour la technique et êtes habitué(e) à échanger avec les développeurs - Vous avez un **bon niveau d'anglais** vous permettant d'échanger avec les équipes à l'international - Vous souhaitez vous investir et évoluer dans une PME en forte croissance avec de nombreux projets en perspective - Vous êtes dans une démarche d'amélioration continue, et êtes force de proposition **Vous postulez, et ensuite ?** - Entretien tel et/ou physique/visio planifié - Si positif des 2 côtés : entretien(s) avec le client - Nous restons à vos côtés tout au long du process.
