Key responsibilities:
- Participate in designing the next iteration of Opella’s intranet, partnering with Digital teams to optimize user experience and ensure news and tools are delivered in an engaging, inuitive way.
- Contribute to creating editorial content for the intranet, including department pages and news.
- Provide support in liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure employees receive timely, relevant company news.
- Be involved in day-to-day management of internal communications at Opella, including editing content for the intranet and preparing presentations for the Communications Network.
About you:
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism.- A first professional experience in communications or marketing.- Strong editorial skills in English (native speaker), knowledge of French is a plus.-
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
