Description du poste
En tant que Gouvernant Générale H/F, vous dirigez l’équipe Housekeeping composée d’environ 90 collaborateurs
Les principales responsabilités sont:
- superviser la propreté quotidienne de l’ensemble des chambres et lieux publics.
- gérer, encadrer, former l'ensemble du personnel d’étages et de lingerie,
- veiller à l’hygiène et à la propreté des chambres et des locaux
- participer conjointement avec le service technique aux programmes d’entretien et de rénovationsEtre garant (e ) de la qualité des services et des prestations offerts au client en respectant les procédures et standards du Groupe Raffles. - assurez les relations avec les sociétés extérieures et le suivi des prestations réalisées par ces societés
**Qualifications**:
Profil recherché:
- Leadership, aptitudes managériales et organisationnelles
- Sens du service
- Souci du détail, réactivité
- Connaissance du système informatique Opéra
- Formation Tourisme-Hôtellerie
- 5 ans d’expérience idéalement acquis dans un hôtel de catégorie similaire ou environnement international, dont 3 ans à un niveau de management.
