The Data Governance Lead will be responsible for establishing and driving a Corporate data governance along with the implementation of standards and best practices for data management across the company.

The Data Governance Lead guides data management activities in collaboration with the Data Domain Owners and Data Managers. She/he is the focal point that facilitates the implementation of data controls and processes.

The Data Governance Lead will be part of the Digital Data Organization. She/he will report to the Head of Data Office and work closely with the Data Culture Lead, the Data Valorization Lead and the IDS Architecture & Data Management team.

**Responsibilities
**Data Governance**
- Frame the data governance (e.g. data domains prioritization, roles & responsibilities )
- Work with the Data Culture Program Manager to define & implement a curriculum for data governance roles
- Cooperate with Business to deploy the Data Governance Framework for all Data Domains and support their Data Initiatives with a focus on improvement of data quality and accessibility
- Work with the Data Domain Owners & Data Managers to build the Domain Data Management Backlog to feed the data management service team.
- In collaboration with IDS Data Management team, support consistency in data management practices and IDS assets across data domains as well as adherence to Company standards and processes
- Prepare & animate the data governance committees along with the Head of Data Office and IDS Head of Data Management and Architecture.
- Promote best practices & needs sharing across data domain by animating a network of data domain owners & data managers
- Define and set up a cockpit to monitor the deployment of the governance, the progress of the data services & maturity of T.EN on data.

**Data Policies & standards**
- Define and manage transversal policies and standards on data (e.g. Data Quality framework, Data Classification, Data Protection) in collaboration with the Data Domain Owners and the data managers to ensure data quality, accessibility & security.
- Ensure, in collaboration with the Data Managers, the respect of data governance processes, standards & policies within the Business
- Define & manage the data governance charter
- Establish and update rules and procedures for data sharing within and outside T.EN.

**Metadata Management**
- Participate with Data Architect, Data Management Service Lead & the Data Managers to build T.EN Conceptual data model
- Enrich & manage T.EN Business Glossary
- Support the deployment of the data catalogue

**Market Watch & Scooting**
- Support the Data Office with benchmarks & market trends on data
- Represent T.EN in external consortium (e.g. CFHIOS, CII )

**Main Skills**
- Very good understanding of IT and Business drivers around Data
- Strong leadership to onboard the business users on data governance & management topics
- Relational ease, adaptable to different hierarchical levels both technical and business
- Very good knowledge of TEN business and organization
- Good knowledge on governance and data tools (Cataloging, Lineage, MDM, Quality, etc.).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to listen actively to raised needs

**Experience**
- Experience working on animating several stakeholders & setting up an organization
- Experience working on data management topics and/or data delivery (BI, AI )
- Experience in program and project management (10 years minimum)

**Education**
- Master’s degree in management or engineering or data related field
