**In Store Visual Merchandiser - PARIS SAINT HONORE**:

For our Paris St Honoré Flagship Store, we are looking for a In Store Visual Merchandiser to support the whole store team in the rollout of VM activities according to Visual Brand guidelines. The In-store Visual Merchandiser will also be required on an occasional basis to support the Full Price points of sale based in Paris.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Contribute to sales maximization in the POS ensuring the correct Brand positioning, through a suitable product display (windows/in-store displays) and updating and maintaining consistent corporate image processes and execution of seasonal concepts and standards in the store.
- Look after displays and collection image standards, by following the VM Corporate Image guidelines.
- Check store maintenance and environment to maintain high retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props and furniture are in excellent condition.
- Liaise with the Buyers and Regional/Corporate VM office to find in-season reactions to push slow-sellers’ weak items with the goal of maximizing the sales.
- Maintain suitable product displays for windows and interior (collection, sale), through regular VM activities.
- Manage in the correct way his own visual display roll-out calendar.
- Keep the visual tools stockroom organized and actively manage all tools orders and replacements.
- Send periodical reports, with pictures of all the remerchandising and give qualitative feedback and suggestions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding of fashion trends, as also high aesthetic and product sensitivity as also attention to detail
- Organized, able to multitask and be flexible while working with pace
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
- Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage
- Fluent in French and English
- Good knowledge of Office package
