As a **Public Relations & Communication Manager for France,** your mission will be to increase Qonto’s awareness in the company’s priority market, delivering strategic public relations engagement across owned and earned channels.

You will lead the PR & Comms in the french market, working closely with global teams (PR & Comms, PA) and local marketing heads to ensure alignement with our business goals and best practices.

Reporting directly to **Philippine**, Managing Director France**, this newly created role will be focused on driving local PR & Comms & PA campaigns as appropriate to maximize relevance in France while maintaining Qonto’s reputation.

**‍‍As a Public Relations & Communication Manager France at Qonto, you will**
- **Lead, plan and conceive impactful PR campaigns,** ROI-led, in line with our brand image and business objectives on the French market;
- **Leverage your deep understanding** of the French fintech ecosystem and strong networking skills to proactively monitor political and industry developments, transforming insights into strategic recommendations that drive Qonto's success;
- **Manage and prepare** interviews and speaking opportunities at events for the Managing Director Philippine Rougevin-Baville and other key spokespeople;
- **Brief and manage day-to-day our local public relations agency** for successful execution and analysis of all our communication activities;
- **Develop editorial content** for our managing director Philippine and Qonto France, to increase our share of voice and ensure consistency of Qonto’s messaging: PR releases, speeches, Q&As, bylines, keynotes etc;
- **Align and integrate plans** with marketing, global comms, social, public affairs and brand stakeholders.

**What you can expect**
- Join a dynamic team of PR and PA experts across global markets, where you'll serve as the right hand to the FR Managing Director on all PR matters, becoming a key member of the FR leadership team dedicated to expanding Qonto's influence in the fintech landscape.

- Engage with French startup associations and fintech networks to enhance Qonto's ecosystem presence.

- **Experience**: You have 5+ years of experience as a Public Relations Manager either in-house or at an agency;
- **Creativity**: You have a disrupting approach to communications while cultivating strong attention to detail;
- **Teamwork**: You have a proven successful experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional setting;
- **Communication**: You can formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it;
- ** Project Management**:You are used to working in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize your own workload autonomously;
- **Languages**: You speak both French and English fluently.
