**Poste**:Project Controller

**Missions principales**:

- Maintenir le planning global MS Project des projets
- S'assurer que les ressources (personnes, composants, etc.) sont correctement gérées dans MS Project
- Maintenir les indicateurs clés de performance: avancement par rapport au plan, contrôle des coûts
- Préparer les réunions de gouvernance
- S'assurer que les comptes rendus sont pris pour les réunions de gouvernance pertinentes
- Maintenir et coordonner les plans d'action associés
- Assurer le contrôle et la gestion des documents
- Gérer le contrôle des coûts
- Suivre les dépenses réelles par rapport au budget et identifier et analyser les écarts
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'état du budget
- Maintenir un tableau de bord global de contrôle des coûts et de l'avancement des projets

**Profil**:

- Diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac +3 à Bac +5
- 2 ans d’expériences minimum en gestion de projet, de préférence dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou industriel.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais avec de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à gérer et suivre des budgets complexes.
- Capacité à analyser des données et à préparer des rapports détaillés.
