**MISSIONS**: - [FR] _ - Tikehau Capital recherche un Analyst/Associate au sein de son département Private Equity pour sa stratégie "Regenerative Agriculture". _ - Effectuer les analyses sectorielles, stratégiques et financières des entreprises ciblées - Construire les modèles financiers et construire différents scénarios à partir du business plan de l'entreprise - Rédiger des notes d'investissement et participer au processus du comité d'investissement - Participer aux phases de négociation - Participer aux phases de due diligence et de structuration des opérations - Participer aux phases d'exécution des transactions - Analyser le flux de transactions entrant et le soumettre au comité d'investissement - Participer aux comités d'investissement ad hoc - [ENG] _ - Tikehau Capital is looking for an Analyst/Associate within its Private Equity department for his "Regenerative Agriculture" strategy. _ - Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of targeted companies - Build financial models and perform scenario analysis on company business plan - Write investment memos and participate in the investment committee process - Be part of the negotiation phases - Participate in the due diligence and structuring phases of the operations - Take part in the execution phases of the transactions - Analyze incoming deal flow and submit it to the investment committee - Participate in ad hoc investment committees **PROFILE**: - [FR] _ - Au moins deux ans d'expérience en fonds d'investissement, banque d'investissement, conseil en stratégie ou corporate M&A sur des transactions small ou midcap et avoir mené des opérations de due diligence - Expérience dans l'analyse et l'exécution de tous types de transactions - Solides compétences analytiques et de modélisation financière, de préférence avec une expérience préalable dans la gestion de modèles financiers complexes - Excellentes compétences verbales et écrites - Capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes clés en interne et en externe avec un large éventail de seniorité Exposition / expérience souhaitée dans le secteur de l'agriculture régénérative - [ENG] _ - At least two years of experience in investment funds, investment banking, strategy consulting or corporate M&A on small or midcap transactions and have conducted due diligence operations - Experience in analysis and execution of all types of deals - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, preferably with previous experience in managing complex financial models - Excellent verbal and written skills - Ability to interact with key stakeholders internally and externally with a wide range of seniority - Nice to have : exposure / experience in the Regenerative Agriculture sector
