De la rentabilité et des indicateurs clés de succès du restaurant. Du fonctionnement global du site sous la direction de l’équipe encadrante. - Développer le chiffre d'affaires et atteindre les objectifs fixés par l’enseigne. - Être responsable de la gestion opérationnelle de l'établissement : hygiène, qualité, service et relation clients. - Etablir une stratégie de développement (plans d'actions/marketing local) et promouvoir la marque. - Mettre en place des outils d’aide à la vente et faire respecter les process. - Développer la satisfaction et la fidélisation clients et faire rayonner l’enseigne. - Insuffler à ton équipe l’ADN de la marque. - Recruter, former et encadrer ton équipe. Repérer les talents et participer à leurs formations. - Être le garant du respect des législations en vigueur. **Profil recherché**: - Expérience en management et restauration rapide. - Gestionnaire avisé, rigoureux et méthodique. - Excellent relationnel et fédérateur. - Rapidité d’actions et force de propositions. - Autonomie, souplesse et polyvalence. - Proactif et dynamique. - Maîtrise du pack Office Si vous vous reconnaissez, rejoignez vite nos équipes **Informations complémentaires**: - **Lieu : Berges (Quai Anatole France, Paris 7e).**: - **Contrat : CDI - 39H**: - **Horaires sans coupure (sauf pauses règlementaires)**: - **Rémunération : 2179€ Brut** Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI Salaire : 2 179,00€ par mois Avantages: - Prise en charge du transport quotidien Programmation: - Disponible le week-end - Du lundi au vendredi Expérience: - Management en restauration: 1 an (Optionnel) Lieu du poste : En présentiel
