Together with your colleagues at Digital & IT and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, you will take responsibilities in the following areas:

- Setting the team's objectives and activity priorities within a specific scope.
- Implementing the team's objectives, strategy, and business priorities across several simple functional areas.
- Manage the team's backlog.
- Ensure that the backlog is visible, shared and understood.
- Support products and solutions within the team's scope.
- Contribute to the development of the team's skills to guarantee the ability to deliver in a changing environment.
- Monitors the budget for the solutions within its scope.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are established and held to for all solutions managed by the team.
- Steering actions to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all solutions managed by the team.
- Ensuring that the team receives regular feedback on the work carried out.
- Contribute to the digital product roadmap and capacity planning.
- Ensuring that the digital product is developed and maintained in accordance with the given architecture, security requirements and strategy.
- Managing interactions with stakeholders, collaborating with other local regularly global departments and partner at a strategic management level.
- Working on projects with a global scope: daily contact with international contacts.

You need to have a deep understanding of the cost, risks and compliance requirements associated with the development and operations to assess the benefit and value.
Furthermore, we believe this role requires experience from working towards digital product orientation, agile ways of working, and knowledge of information technology trends.
In addition to this, you are a passionate believer in lifelong learning. Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:

- Customer oriented
- Experience in leading a team
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong structuring and organizing skills
- Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments.
- Service market logistic experience a plus
- Experience working in an agile set-up, using DevOps or similar
- The skills to identify risks and impacts regarding the functional solution from a business analysis perspective to propose changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary
- Proficiency in English with enables you to take part in international projects
- A university degree in Computer Science. Systems Engineering, Business Analysis or similar.
