Scada Team Leader

**|** **Full-Time** **| Field Operations** Regional Support is responsible for overviewing, implementing and coordinating SCADA systems. The department collaborates with internal stakeholders and Vestas clients within Vestas MED. It provides high specialized technology in monitoring, control and data acquisition systems for the wind technology which covers and provides any SCADA related support to the Construction and Service Departments **Responsibilities** - Oversee a team of 14 people, coaching, motivate, performance review - Maintain and improve SCADA KPI's and capacity planning - Ensure team deliver Construction needs and Operational support on time - Ensure alignment in solutions provided to final customer - Maintain regular communication with internal local stakeholders to ensure Quality of deliverables - Cooperate with other Teams, leading topics when necessary - Attend customer meetings when necessary - Oversee the budget for the team or department, ensuring resources are used efficiently. - Participate in the hiring process to bring in new talent that fits the team's needs **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar - At least 3 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance of SCADA systems - Previous solid experience in PLC programing, commissioning and maintenance of SCADA systems, experience on communication protocols (IEC,104, IEC101, MODBUS, DNP, OPC) - English language written and spoken skills **Competencies** - Proactive and result oriented - Able to organize priorities and daily work in a high paced and highly collaborative environment - Capacity to manage emergencies - Show leadership regarding people management - Good communication skills **We offer** We offer an exciting job in a innovative and international environment.
