**Over the first 24 months, our Graduate Program will help you carry out 3 complementary assignments in 3 countries and will prepare you for positions that have a stronger impact on our organization.**

These assignments will expose you to both the innovation and product development processes, preparing you to become one of the future project development leaders in the Group.

**YOUR MISSIONS**:
- **Mission 1**:**Innovation and Development Project Leader -**Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 (Rumilly, France)**

**For the first part of the Program, you will be based at the heart of our Rumilly industrial site, Groupe SEB's international center of excellence for TEFAL brand products, located near Annecy and employing 1,600 passionate staff.**

**You will assist a project manager for Cookware projects, both for the technical or development-related contents, as well as for the interaction with worldwide multi-disciplinary teams.**

In this context, your main mission will be:

- Innovation (6 months)

o Develop innovative concepts that align with consumer insights and cutting-edge coating technologies.

o Manage projects from exploration to development: coordinate the various project stakeholders, define schedules and project risks, and ensure scorecard ratings.
- Development (6 months)

o Handle engineering development mission: from concept to industrialization investigations, to product-to-cost definition ready for either sourcing or manufacturing.

o Be part of a project team including development engineers & technicians, lab technicians, technologies experts, marketing, and design.

o Contribute to foster a common intellectual property strategy, by recommending relevant patents if appropriate in close relation with your dedicated projects.
