Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to work in JLL’s France Audience Business Line Marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategic development, planning, delivery and measurement of the marketing plan for the leasing markets team in France. You will work with client-facing teams to understand what our clients/prospects wants, whether occupiers or investors, growth areas and client targets and translate them into a marketing strategy focused on commercial objectives.

**Among top priorities, you will have to**:
Understand priority needs of the leasing markets team, develop adequate products & offering for the french leasing markets team
Support sales team within leasing markets and business development team with dedicated marketing campaigns : define campaign & organize go to market, build sales speech, monitor campaign results
Support sales team within leasing markets and Business Development team with personalized customer journey, content, and offerings targeting top 250 key clients to grow business, upsell & cross sell and boost loyalty
Interact with EMEA and global colleagues to conceive and deploy campaigns with the right level of adaptation & amplification in France. You will also liaise with EMEA and global colleagues on any French campaigns you develop to identify cross-over and relevance for audiences outside of France
Work hand in hand with Com & Digital Departments to boost awareness of the leasing team and deploy efficient digital campaign that drives positive ROI and capture relevant opportunities

The role involves creating promotional campaigns, messaging and toolkits to position relevant and priority JLL products and expertis on leasing. You will use your creativity and firm grasp of technology, campaign tactics and marketing analytics to deliver successful campaigns, report back and implement important learnings.
You will also need to work closely with the rest of the team to understand any cross-over in campaigns, reduce/eliminate duplication and leverage synergies. You will be also work holistically with colleagues in Creative, Digital and Brand & Communications (including PR, Content) to support the development and execution of key activity.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leasing markets leads to understand business priorities and develop adequate offers / products and campaigns
Segment client and prospective client audiences based on needs, preferences and client journeys
Develop campaigns to maximise engagement amongst target groups and nurture prospective clients
Develop campaign strategies that activate, protect and differentiate the JLL brand
Analyse return on investment - measure and report on the effectiveness of our marketing activity and adjust plans accordingly
Roll out relevant EMEA and global campaigns, tailoring to the local market and audience as needed

**Requirements**:
5-7 years’ experience in business to business strategic marketing
Ability to develop offers to meet customer demand and build relevant campaigns
Proven track record of designing & executing effective marketing campaigns
Valuable experience in working closely with sales teams
Ability to integrate global/EMEA campaigns with local initiatives
Strong Analytic skills / Measure Campaign ROI
Strong digital skills ((managing website content and digital campaigns & events)
Experience with CRM (salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools
Comfortable working in an environment of change with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
A passion for content, tech savvy, creative and an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills at all levels
