Just-Evotec Biologics EU crée une activité de développement et de production de biomédicaments à Toulouse, France.

La première étape de construction de l’usine, en mode projet, représente un investissement de plus de 200M€. En phase opérationnelle, la structure-cible représente environ 150 personnes, et à terme jusqu’à plus de 250 personnes.

Le poste s’inscrit donc dans un projet ambitieux de création d’une nouvelle activité industrielle, à la pointe des technologies, dans un domaine porteur de sens. L’activité est localisée sur le site du Campus Curie d’Evotec à Toulouse, qui compte déjà plus de 800 collaborateurs.

Le poste, au sein de l’équipe Financial Controlling, rapporte au Responsable du Contrôle Financier de l'entité Just-Evotec Biologics EU.

Mission générale:
Le/la junior financial controller assurera pour partie le contrôle financier de cette activité, à la fois en mode projet et par la suite en mode opérationnel, notamment sur les fonctions SG&A. La mission principale couvre l’ensemble des activités de contrôle de gestion relative à ces activités. Cette mission est menée en lien avec l’organisation Finance France, le Groupe Evotec et avec l’activité Biologics aux États-Unis.

Responsabilités et missions:
Les missions incluent de manière non limitative:
- Animation et réalisation des processus prévisionnels (medium range plan, budget, forecast) en lien avec le DAF et le Groupe- Contribution aux processus de clôture mensuelle en lien avec la comptabilité France- Costing- Reporting et analyse des écarts. Élaboration de actions correctives avec les opérationnels- Suivi et prévision du cash- Suivi et contrôle des investissements avec l’organisation projet, les Achats, et avec le Groupe- Mise en place et utilisation des systèmes de gestion, ERP, reporting, etc.- Analyses ad-hoc- Contribution à divers groupes de travail

Connaissances et compétences:
- Expertise en contrôle de gestion industriel- Excellente connaissance des pratiques comptables- Excellente connaissance d’un ou plusieurs ERPs, SAP souhaité (FICO/MM/PM/PP/PS)- Maîtrise des processus intégrés- Connaissance SOX, normes comptables IFRS et locale.- Capacité à concevoir des processus- Proactivité- Capacité à fédérer les interlocuteur- Capacité à évoluer dans des organisations matricielles et transversales- Excellentes capacités de communication (écrite et verbale)- Curiosité scientifique et capacité à comprendre les problématiques techniques opérationnelles- Expérience en amélioration continue, idéalement lean manufacturing/6sigma- Rigueur, logique, pédagogie, flexibilité, capacité de travail, esprit d'équipe- Anglais courant & Excel avancé (TCDs) nécessaire- COGNOS/TM1 serait un plus

Expérience et formation:
- 3 ans- Contrôle financier, contrôle de gestion industriel- Entreprise internationale- Activité industrielle- Master2 Finance, Grande Ecole Commerce ou Ingénieur (+)
