**Editeur de logiciel** dans le domaine de la collecte de donnée des **énergies renouvelables** sur des projets à échelle internationale (23 pays) recherche un **Développeur front end React H/F.**

Leur objectif est de monitorer la production d'électricité et de maximiser les rendements de plus de 7000 installations renouvelables dans le monde - **solaire, éolien, biomasse, stockage énergétique...**

Dans une entreprise qui favorise l'**innovation, la R&D, la Data intelligence et le Cloud Computing** dans un secteur d'activité qui a du sens, vous serez amené à travailler avec une équipe composée de **différents profils** : architectes, devops, back end, front end, test et qualité, chef de projet...

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, cet éditeur de logiciel ouvre un poste d'**Engineering Manager**.

**_ Les missions :_**
- Manager jusqu'à 10 développeurs, suivi One-One, revue et fixation d’objectifs, accompagnement dans la progression de carrière.
- S'assurer du bon déroulement de la Roadmap élaborée par le CTO et les PM / PO.
- Etre le chef d'orchestre de l'équipe technique en lien avec le CTO en apportant sa vision 360.
- Participer activement à l'organisation des équipes en coachant et en encadrant les personnes dans la gestion de leur projet et dans le respect des échéances définies.
- Assister la partie recrutement, gérer l'onboarding et le suivi continu de son équipe durant l'année (montée en compétences, entretien annuel, demande de formation, validation des congés...)

PROFIL REQUIS
- Vous avez une formation supérieure qui vous permet de prendre du recul et accompagner les équipes sur les bons choix à faire.
- Expérience du développement web autour des technos types Node.js, Ruby On Rails, GO, SCALA, PHP, HTML, CSS, API REST, Javascript (jQuery),
- Votre leadership et votre sens du management, ainsi que votre sens de l'écoute vous permette d'être impliqué dans l'accompagnement de votre équipe.
- Avec un bon sens des priorités et une capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des leaders tech et produit.
