**YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU**

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in our ongoing efforts to help drive the future global growth and steering of GANNI towards our business objectives.

You will be a part of a fast-growing, global brand on a mission to hack the fashion system. As a Finance Business Partner to our Digital Ecommerce and Marketing departments, you will have the opportunity to get a full 360-degree understanding of the fundamentals of the fashion business - from support on business case modeling on potential new markets to controlling, performance of our marketing campaigns to following up on actual top-line performance and cost management of the business unit.

Together with the rest of the Business Finance team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the organization. You will be working at our brand new office in central Paris and will be part of a team with strong ties to the CFO and budget holders across regions, channels, and functions.

Our ambition is to drive commercial and financial performance by turning data into actionable insights, ensuring transparency and awareness of performance across the entire organization. Through your work, you will have the opportunity to drive and contribute on:

- Financial sparring partner to the group Chief Marketing Officer and the group Chief Digital Officer and drive the strategic direction of these areas
- The ongoing performance management of our global digital business, from daily performance, to understanding of weekly and monthly performance and the underlying KPI (traffic, conversion, unit per transaction, average selling price, sales per square meters) development driving the performance of the business.
- Reliable and accurate budgeting/forecasting and controlling of the full P&L of these areas. Help both the Digital and Marketing teams in modelling out expected future top-line performance as well as cost structure.
- Oversee monthly follow-up on activity
- & project planning (OPEX / CAPEX) and ecommerce P&L
- Secure marketing effectiveness and data-driven decisions based on data insights and return on investments (ROI)
- Prepare ad hoc in-depth financial analysis for the organization and management

**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- MSc Economics or diploma in business administration or similar background.
- Hands-on experience working as Finance Business Partner or Business Controller for at least a couple of years.
- Expert user of Excel including experience with analyses and complex modeling - both financial and commercial. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
- Experience from the fashion industry and/or related experience from other industries such as FMCG or similar is a plus.
