We are looking for a real estate broker for our Megève agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission:

- Support sellers and buyers throughout all stages of the transaction
- Estimate, advise, negotiate, and close sales professionally
- Market analysis, prospecting, and development of a portfolio of properties and clients
- Viewing and presenting properties
- Customer contact and follow-up

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a real estate broker in Megève
- Excellent local network and good knowledge of the Megève real estate market.
- Strong negotiating skills
- Autonomous and results-oriented
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated in your work
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient with IT and internet tools
- Driver's license and mobility required
