UX Designer / UX Visual Designer

Minimum Requirements

Please have the following minimum requirements before applying:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university program with an emphasis on Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related degree.
- Experience working with Sketch, Invision, Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative.
- Task experience in building wireframes, building click through prototypes, and completing visual designs.
- This is a contract position for 1 year with the possibility of being offered a permanent position. This is a Paris based virtual role with an occasional requirement to attend meetings in our Paris office.
- **You must have an online portfolio of work samples. Applications will not be considered that do not include access to online examples of your work**.

Work Environment

Have a passion for industry disrupting software development focused on using API’s in a cloud-based environment and willing to use that passion to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and user testing of our next gen software.

Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's or master’s degree from an accredited university program with an emphasis on Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related degree.
- This position will be working primarily with our Paris office and the working hours will coincide with Paris business hours. However, you will be working with a Global team, therefore the ability to meet and work during various global time zones is a must.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to bring structured thinking to a variety of tools and templates.
- Ability to produce both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that explore the different ideas generated during design thinking sessions.
- Understanding of visual design principals in order to ensure accessible and usable content.
- Validate idea’s through user research and user testing and be able to iterate the design based on user input.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Familiarity and interest in user journeys, personas and ethnographic research.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

Pay: 55.00€ - 75.00€ per hour
