Internship - Tactical Strategies (H/F) - July 2023

Our offer is twofold:

- Special opportunities funds: European opportunistic credit strategy focusing on corporate and real estate credit. We provide bespoke capital solutions in situations characterized by a scarcity of liquidity, across primary and secondary markets.
- Multi-asset solutions: an innovative investment proposition, leveraging Tikehau Capital’s entire platform. We provide investment and allocation solutions across different asset classes, strongly entrenched around private assets.

- Jouer un rôle de soutien actif dans l'ensemble du spectre d'un investissement dans des opportunités spéciales:

- Analyser les notes d'investissement, les présentations et les recherches analytiques spécifiques.
- Comprendre les performances financières et le positionnement sur le marché des entreprises sélectionnées
- Recherche des tendances stratégiques et financières dans les industries
- Entreprendre l'évaluation de l'entreprise sur la base de différentes méthodologies (multiples de fusions et acquisitions, comparaisons commerciales, etc.)
- Avoir une expérience des modèles de projection des flux de trésorerie futurs, des évaluations, des analyses de crédit/récupération et des analyses de sensibilité basées sur différents scénarios.
- Participer aux comités d'investissement
- Soutenir l'équipe chargée des solutions multi-actifs:

- Construire des allocations de portefeuille en analysant les opportunités d'investissement et en interagissant avec toutes les unités commerciales de Tikehau Capital.
- Modélisation des portefeuilles et prévision des fonds
- Participer aux comités d'allocation
- Rapports aux investisseurs, révision de l'évaluation des fonds

- Taking an active supporting role in the entire spectrum of a special opportunities investment:

- Analysing investment memos, presentations and specific analytical researches
- Understanding financial performance and market positioning of selected companies
- Researching strategic and financial trends within industries
- Undertaking company valuation based on different methodologies (M&A multiples, trading comps, etc.)
- Having experience with models to project future cash flows, valuations, credit/recovery analysis and sensitivity analyses based on different scenarios
- Participating in Investment Committees
- Supporting the multi-asset solutions team:

- Building portfolio allocations by analyzing investment opportunities and interacting with all Tikehau Capital business units
- Modelling portfolios and funds forecast
- Participating in Allocation Committees
- Investor reporting, reviewing of fund valuation

**Profile**:

- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de la banque d'investissement, de l'analyse financière, des fusions-acquisitions, du capital-investissement ou des services de transaction serait appréciée
- Grande rigueur, excellentes compétences analytiques et capacités exceptionnelles de résolution de problèmes
- Ouverture d'esprit, esprit d'équipe et proactivité
- Aptitude avérée à travailler dans un environnement stimulant
- Excellente connaissance du pack Microsoft Office
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise

- A previous experience in investment banking, financial analysis, M&A, private equity or transaction services would be appreciated
- Deeply rigorous, excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive
- Proven aptitude in working in a challenging environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack
- Proficient French and English required
