SEGULA Technologies da spazio al tuo talento **Descrizione del lavoro** As part of the development of our activities in the industrial sector, we are looking for our future **HSE Site Supervisor** M/F to join our teams on site in **Donges**. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for workplace prevention and **HSE activities** in the sectors defined within the scope of the project. Under the responsibility of the "HSE Leader" and an HSE coordinator, the site supervisor will work in close collaboration with the HSE team of the project, the platform and the various works/construction supervisors. As such, missions will consist of: - Ensure **safety **rounds of the site at the opening and closing of the site (order/cleanliness/storage/access, waste bins, DAP cabinets, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, site sirens, assembly point, marking and signage of equipment, equipment reliability) - Validate and sign the fire, search and entry permits or the site opening report - Participation in works/HSE coordination meetings - Applies the field observation feedback system and HSE indicators, - Check the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) - Write reports of facts on site in the event of an incident/accident, - Ensure, through its permanent presence in the field, that a level of security compatible with the project objective is maintained, - Pool/reinforce HSE personnel according to needs in other sectors - Perform scheduled audits and spot audits as necessary **Qualifiche** - You have a minimum of Bac+2 level training in the field of Health, Safety, Environment and have 3 years of professional experience in site HSE supervision/prevention in a similar position - Experience in equivalent services during unit shutdown work and/or construction projects on SEVESO sites and/or experience as a firefighter (military, professional or volunteer) would be a plus - You are aware of the regulations, on the general rules of prevention and safety at the workplace - You demonstrate autonomy, are proactive, you have team spirit and are able to work cross-functionally **Informazioni aggiuntive** italy #engineering #segulatechnologies #innovation **What do we offer** - 6+6 months contract
