**ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?**

We want you to be a part of our team, from Saint-Paul-lez-Durance (Cadarache)/ France, as a Support Specialist.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?**
- Provision of ICT Service Desk first line support to end-users
- Provision of user workplace support services : management of desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals, installation and configuration of software, and overall end-user support
- Application support
- Collaborate and provide support to the daily operations of the ICT department.

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
- Deep knowledge in the following technical areas : Microsoft Windows technologies, Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), Microsoft 365 Cloud services
- Configuration, administration and support of desktops, laptops, printers and other shared resources in a network environment
- User administration, including aspects related to platform image creation, maintenance and updating, security and confidentiality
- At least 2 years of experience providing Hardware and Software Support
- Ability to focus on priorities and organize work as well as to deliver on time to agreed standards
- Fluency in French and english (written and spoken)
