Role
This is a trainee role starting 2025 in RepoClear SA Operations Department to support members’ onboarding.
The RepoClear Operations department within the LCH SA Operations department is looking for an apprentice based in Paris. The intern will be fully integrated in the team and will work closely with Client Service team and clients. The intern missions will include:
- Clients’ Onboarding
- Plans the onboarding phases and supports client during its onboarding
- Ensures the eligibility of the clearing member concerned in collaboration with the Membership team of LCH SA
- Leads client setup in the clearing system
- Prepares testing packs for member according to its requirements (new prospect, market extension, migration ) and produces testing reports
- Supervises incidents with internal and external partners
- Monitors the first days of launch of the clients and verifies the accurate implementation
- Replies to any request and participates to onboarding meeting with account managers
- Projects and Initiatives implementation for members / Testing platform Run
- Supports clients during the testing phases
- Prepares the clearing platform before any testing
- Runs the testing platform daily to ensure a same level of service than the production platform
- Handles and reports any issue raised by members
- Is aware of any new initiative and project
- Reporting and organisation
- Works closely with client service and change team
- Reports any concern to their direct managers
- Supports the production team for any client concern and notifies it of onboarding and member setup changes
- Is a contact person of RepoClear SA Operations for accounts managers
- Ensures the quality of members claims handling in compliance with the company
- Defines any emergency plan when required
- Maintain Salesforce and critical metrics around client servicing by Operations
Master’s student with a background in Finance preferred. Good analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English required.
Like all the jobs related to client oriented, the Operations client service officer requires several qualities. He is required to exchange with his clients and advise them taking into consideration their needs. You must be versatile to carry out the various tasks entrusted to him.
