As Product Manager within the EU 50/100/200 PM team, which is part of the Accounting BU, you will lead the strategy and success of the Sage 50 product for France, a strong and reputable Business Management Software targeted at small businesses in the Southern Europe market. Sage 50, previously Ciel, is 50 000 customers products, with strong growth ambitions, engaged on a cloud-connected modernization journey, leading the way towards E-invoicing with Sage Network, AI with Sage Copilot, cloud experience with our global hosting strategy, and an expanded ecosystem of partners / accountants / ISVs with our modern API plans. Many exciting projects to be driving within a challenging environment

**Responsabilités principales**

Key accountabilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Maximize business, customer, strategic and technical value in roadmap prioritization, in alignment with the franchise and BU strategy
- Monitor your market and document product stakes from business, competitive, functional, compliance, ecosystem and technical perspectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Growth Management teams on Go-To-Market activities and Business Planning alignment
- Know your product and prioritize its evolution in an argumentative way, based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Structure and document the customer's needs and requirements in collaboration with the UX & Product Engineering teams
- Follow-up with roadmap capacity, implementation and feature lifecycle in collaboration with Product Engineering teams
- Be the central product go-to-person, evangelizing and leading product committees internally and externally (customers, partners, ISVs, accountants)

Skills required:

- Structured and strategic thinking, data-driven, action & outcome oriented
- Leadership, influence and decision capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Comfortable in collaborating across a multi-functional and international environment
- Good listener, customer-centric, design-sensitive, understanding users’ problems and translating them into powerful solutions
- Good business and finance understanding

Experience required:

- Degree in Accounting / Business Management or IT / Software related field
- 5+ year experience in a similar role in the software industry, with a track-record of successful delivery
- Knowledge of functional and/or market aspects of the Business Management Software / Accounting SMB ecosystem in France
- Understanding of the key technological trends: cloud hosting, digital experience, continuous delivery, data centricity, AI understanding
