**About the role**:
At Greenly, we are dedicated to empowering companies with the tools they need to understand and reduce their carbon footprint through our platform. As we continue to grow and refine our product offerings, we're excited to bring on a new Data Analyst who will play an important role in shaping the future of our platform.

As a **Data Analyst at Greenly**, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, with a focus on product performance and users’ behaviour. You’ll work closely with our product builders to impact how our clients are interacting with the platform.

You will be not only working on a variety of high impact projects but also bridging the gaps between teams with the data tools you master.

**What you will do...**:

- Use tools like Retool, Mixpanel, and Metabase to develop dashboards and visualisations that help decision-making across our product, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Analyse user behaviour, operational efficiency, and product performance to identify correlations and provide actionable insights.
- Design and develop dashboards for the marketing team to monitor website conversions and user behaviour, helping to optimise marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product builders to identify KPIs, create dashboards, and convert strong product performance into high user retention.
- Analyse and monitor the delivery process to identify delivery bottlenecks and use data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.

**You are a fit for this role if...**:

- You would describe yourself as being analytic, curious, and a great communicator.
- You have proven ability to manage data visualisation projects from concept to execution.
- You have excellent analytical skills with a focus on deriving actionable insights from data.
- Are highly proficient working on SQL to query databases. Experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Have experience working with Data Analytical Tools.
- Proficiency in tools such as Mixpanel or Metabase is a plus.
- Knowledge of coding is a plus (javascript/Python). Your spoken and written English skills are solid.
