Digital Product Development Officer

The ESC is currently looking for a **Digital product development officer**for a permanent contract, CDI, as soon as possible to work at its headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.

**Major duties and responsibilities**:
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of functional, user-friendly, and business-aligned digital products and platforms within ESC’s digital ecosystem. By combining a user-centric mindset with a data-driven approach, the Digital Product Development Officer helps optimize customer experience, enhance engagement, and ensure the digital platforms meet evolving audience needs and ESC's mission, strategic aims and business objectives.

In details:

- Ensure the smooth and timely delivery of ESC’s digital products and initiatives by driving effective coordination and operational follow-up from a marketing perspective.
- Contribute to the long-term vision and evolution of ESC digital products and platforms by supporting the marketing strategic planning activities for digital initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment of ESC’s digital products and platforms through data-driven analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting

**Profile**:

- Hard skills:_
- Master 2 in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. A focus on digital platforms, UX, or analytics is a strong asset
- 2 years of experience in digital product coordination, platform development, or a similar role, preferably in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization (e.g., nonprofit, healthcare, or educational sectors). Previous experience working as part of a wider Marketing/communications team a plus. Hands-on use of: analytics & reporting
- Basic UX/UI design principles and user journey optimization.
- Web and platform analytics: ability to interpret, traffic, usage, user behavior and engagement across digital touchpoints.
- Data analysis: capable of extracting insights from performance data to support continuous improvement.
- Understanding of digital ecosystems and how platforms interact.
- Market intelligence and benchmarking: ability to conduct competitor audits, and identify trends and best practices in digital products and platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce and Qlik Sense is a plus.
- Available to travel (sometimes weekends and end of August)

**Conditions**:

- Non-Executive status,
- 37h30/week + RTT days
