**Job responsibilities**:
In this context, we are looking for a **SAP BTP Technical Lead**based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. In this key role, you will design, build and support the implementation of end-to-end processes and solutions, leveraging the SAP BTP in the absence of standard functionalities (Focus Adopt Approach). Additionally, your role will be to secure that BTP choices align with IT principles.
Missions:
- Lead a team of SAP BTP specialists to design, develop, and implement required functional and integration features.
- Ensure the successful delivery of SAP BTP scope, meeting or exceeding expectations for quality, timelines, and budget.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of SAP BTP within the organization, identifying opportunities for leveraging the platform to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Focus program and the Beauty Tech teams (Functional and Technical).
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security policies, IT operations and best practices for SAP BTP development.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
**Profile**:
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams (SAP), including 3+ years focused on SAP BTP, and related cloud technologies.
- Deep understanding of the SAP BTP platform, including its various services and capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge in Enterprise architecture.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and federate cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
This position is available on a permanent basis in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

- Christian Dior described himself as a fashion and perfume designer. The House of Dior, founded in 1946, changed the face of ladies’ style forever when its New Look was unveiled in the halls of 30 Avenue Montaigne on February 12, 1947.
