**MISSIONS**
In the context of his development, our client is looking for a PhD in organic synthesis to manage the R&D team on the organic chemistry side.
Your missions will inculde:
- Optimization and scale up the syntheses of 2 macromolecules of interest
- Development of new synthetic pathways for macromolecules of biological interest
- Laboratory management (orders, waste, consumables)
- Team management
**ACADEMIC SPHERE**
You hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry, preferably at the interface with another discipline related to biology, biochemistry, physical-chemistry, materials
**TECHNICAL SPHERE**
- Strong expertise in multi-step synthesis of macromolecules on multigrams scale. A strong knowledge in chemical ligation techniques is essential
- Expertise in characterization of large organic molecules, especially RMN (1H, 13C, 31P, 19F). Knowledge of HRMAS will be an asset
- Experience in management
- High proficiency in English and French
