**Description du poste**: **Data as a Product - Delivery & Community of Practice** - Participate in the **ETL** Pipelines design for each squad - Define & Implement ETL Pipelines Development best practices - Define & Implement **DataWarehouse **performance Optimization practices - Define & Implement Cube performance Optimization practices - Define & Implement best of breed Data Analytics & BI Practices - Implement tools & practices to empower data engineers across Squads - Mentor Data Engineers to follow best practices - Conduct code reviews - Support the Data Squads in the day to day Troubleshooting, Problem Solving and continuous Learning - Ensure each Squad has all the good level of technical support & decision making to meet the Delivery targets - Ensure each Squad is up to date & implements the patterns defined by the Data Architects - Ensure each Squad is implementing incremental delivery patterns - Ensure each Squad is implementing test driven Pipelines development - Design & Implement pipelines monitoring & Orchestration for each Squad - Design and develop reusable components and frameworks for ingestion, cleansing, data quality, model building and execution - Ensure each Squad is adopting CI/CD for Data Products Delivery - Ensure each Squad is adoption version control - On-board each new Squad to setup tools, access environments - Facilitate the Data Community of Practice to foster knowledge sharing across Squad members - Support the Data Engineers learning plan and skills ramp up strategy **Description du profil recherché**: **Who you are** - As a data expert you have a solid technical background and experience in data-intensive systems (> 10 years). - Experience in an multinational Company with complex organizational ecosystem. Working in the cloud with micro-services would certainly be a plus. You already have a significant experience as a technical lead or lead Data Engineer - Experience working with large amount of data, Big Data processing - batch and streaming Kafka, Flink, &Talend - Completely Comfortable Working in a highly sensitive On-Prem data environment, where security constraints are part of the adventure - You have deep knowledge and experience in databases, DataMarts, Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Security, BI tools, ETL Solutions, Data Science, DataOps, MLOps. - You know how to work with data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, architects, product ownners, top management. - You have the right mindset: You are autonomous and know where and when to take decisions taking into account the constraints. - You are dynamic & curious, with an agile mindset and a strong team spirit that allow you to adapt to a changing environment. - You are comfortable writing and speaking in English.
