We are looking for an

FP&A Supply Chain Specialist

This role is Business Partner to the Supply Chain team working closely with the sites operational team. The role will engage with and provide financial support to the supply chain function on Interco Sales, COGs, forecasting and budgeting, improvement opportunities, inventory management, Capex appraisals, production variances and overall reporting needs to deliver the bottom line results and optimize net working capital. Main tasks will be:
What is possible?

Business planning and analysis

Ensure the production and reliability of the financial results of the plant and supply chain activities working with Central Accounting Team and business

Produce a suite of reporting for Regional Supply Chain to enable them to understand performance of business

Manage/Support the forecast (IRR) and budget process for Supply Chain activities (Industrial Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions) arranging meetings with budget holders and consolidating numbers to present to key stakeholders

Provide budget holders with variance reporting by Cost Centres

Analyse production variances - MUV, PPV, Stock adjustments and put actions in place in business to minimize impacts

Analyse significant differences between budget, forecasts and results, interpretating them, identifying the causes, discussing with budget holders and adjusting forecasts

Weekly tracking on month to date costs for key cost components, overhead recovery and production variances compared to forecast

Support financial decisions regarding improvement opportunities, new product introductions and investment projects.

Provide financial support to the logistics area with guidance on analysis of data and recommendations on logistics cost control and management.

Costings & Transfer Pricing

Coordinate and prepare cogs/transfer price update for France business in line with European timeframes

Prepare Cost simulations as required by the business

Oversee Yearly Profit in Stock calculations

Net Working Capital

Supporting month end Inventory close

Report on inventory, coordinating with SC Planning on Inventory forecasting.

Working closely with Supply Chain to minimise stock write offs in the business

Other Adhoc work to support the business requirements

What do you bring?

Higher degree of education (Bachelor/Master) in Finance/Controlling/Accounting or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a financial role in industrial/ manufacturing environment. Contract Manufacturing also desirable

Deep knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle)

Excellent MS Office skills (specially in Excel)

Fluency in French and English

Strong influencing skills, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and functions across the company

Very good communication skills

Strong analytical skills, IT affinity and results oriented thinking

Resilience, flexibility and proactive in implementing improvements

Enjoy teamwork, proactivity and ability to work solutions driven
