We are interested in recruiting someone who will manage the administrative and business activities related to the conduct of a wide range of clinical trials from study start-up to study closure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter necessary data / tracking in systems (CTMS, eTMF...), including conduct of completeness checks
- Arranging drug and non-drug (Lab kits, ECG) importation to support study site
- Complete all payment activities including preparing invoices, Payment Due Reports and creating fund/Purchase Orders
- Collect and distribute documents from / to sites during study life cycle
- Coordinate study related materials (i.e. protocol, ICF, patient material) for translation
- Administrative support to the study team
- May support in preparing and/or performing submission for Health Authorities and EC including follow up until approval. This could include preparation and/or submission of substantial amendments.
- May support Health Authority inspection and pre-inspection activities
- May support audit preparation & CAPA preparation

**Requirements:
- First experience in a similar role within CRO or Pharma environment
- Basic knowledge of the drug development process
- Goal oriented and able to setting milestones to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates ability to function independently
- Ideally experienced in the use of CTMS and eTMF
- Excellent communication skills both in French and English
