**Overview**:
Reporting to the Head of AI, you will be a part of the Data Intelligence team,
- Are you ready to be part of the future?***

**What you will do**
- Manage the technical development of AI products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes
- Develop and manage the plan for product development
- Work closely with the Flight Operations Expert for AI Products and the AI Expert / Model Engineer to ensure that the products are optimized for aerial operations and meet necessary safety and operational requirements
- Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects of AI product development, including communication with contractors and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners
- Manage and mentor the Junior AI Engineer in the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones
- Occasionally contribute your expertise to the development of other product

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in AI product development with Python and project management
- Knowledge of or an interest in the aerial industry
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
