As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Quantilia, you will play a central role in developing and maintaining our data management and analytics platform. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals, contributing to the development of both front-end and back-end components of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with an interest in the financial sector and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions that support our data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and security across both front-end and back-end components.
- Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries to create intuitive AI user interfaces.
- Design and implement robust cloud architectures using AWS and other cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Lead the cloud strategy, including cost optimization, disaster recovery, and system architecture enhancements.
- Implement secure and efficient back-end solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and processing.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure the maintainability and scalability of code.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team, ensuring best practices for cloud development and deployment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align our infrastructure with the company’s goals and client requirements.

**Key accountabilities**:
Qualifications:

- Graduate from a leading engineering school with a specialization in cloud computing, data engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a data-intensive environment and with a successful experience in cloud and security.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data management solutions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a strong plus.
- Strong front-end development skills, ideally with experience in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Proven experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
- Ability to lead complex cloud projects from design to execution, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in French.
