Our products are designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies and to maximize healthcare worker and patient safety. The main mission is **the supplier complaints management for the Pharmaceutical Systems plant **where you are located for suppliers under SMO’s (Supplier Manufacturing Operations) responsibility. You are **responsible for leading investigations at Plant level**, and will act as the main point of contact between Worldwide Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) organization and Plants. **Main activity**: you will manage complaints and investigations. - Receive, register and submit the complaint. - Collect information/evidences (from IQC : Incoming quality control, QN : Quality Notification leader, 8D Leader). - Manage samples and evidence with suppliers. - Follow-up calls with suppliers - Facilitate these quality complaints management by leading activities such as Technical visit, IQC test, Supplier Audits (For cause & Technical Assessments), Samples picking, etc. - Review, challenge, share across BD network suppliers’ feedbacks and answers. - Approve Supplier Investigation report. - Provide technical writing of Supplier Investigation outputs, Executive summary of findings and conclusions. - Provide final recommendation to batch Usage Decision (UD) - Maintain complaint data system integrity for his/her Plant. Other activities: - Support / Interact with all SMO Supplier Quality Category Team(s) for plant related topics - Support execution of projects supporting Category Roadmap - First assessment of plant’s request on supplier improvement/changes such as preliminary study, data collection, etc - Provide inputs to feed SMO roadmap - Provide Quality Management Review inputs for local plants governance. - Responsible for "Approved Supplier List" annual review for his/her site. - Support Incoming QC to define strategy (skip lot..) / control alignment - Represent WW SQA during customer audit. **2 days of teleworking are possible** **Who are you ?** - You have a Quality or technical/Engineering background. - **A-level+5 in Quality Assurance **or in **Science in Materials Science and Engineering** is preferred, but an Associate or bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience can be considered. - **A first experience in quality organization** dealing with suppliers, Quality project management or operation quality in plant. - Experience gained within **high cadence/volume industry environment **(automotive,). - Proficient in the use of **Quality & Statistic Tools** (8D methodology, SPC, MSA) - Experience with **ISO 13485** preferred - Lead Auditor qualification preferred. **Softskills** - Judgment and decision-making skills supported by sound technical justification. - Communication - Excellent Technical writing skills, risk assessment. - Teamwork skills - ability to work with diverse teams across the organization (R&D, Operation, PQE, Engineering, Regulatory affairs, Medical Affairs,).
