Vous souhaitez rejoindre le n°2 mondial des vins et spiritueux, et travailler au sein d’équipes conviviales ? **Pernod Ricard recrute son.sa futur.e stagiaire Prestige Project Coordination (H/F)**pour 6 mois dès la mi-février 2026.**Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8).

Vous accompagnerez l’équipe Prestige dans la gestion quotidienne de la plateforme Le Cercle.

Le Cercle est un **club privé réservé aux membres**, donnant un accès exclusif aux **références** les plus **rares** du portefeuille Pernod-Ricard, et aux **expériences** les plus exceptionnelles.

**Vos missions clés ?**

**_Gestion Évènementielle_**
- Vous participer à la création, préparation et réalisation des évènements VIP à destination des membres du Cercle._
- Vous anticipez et préparez les événements, coordonnez les prestataires et gérez le matériel de dégustation._
- Vous gérez la partie budgétaire et facturation._
- Vous participez aux réunions hebdomadaires mais également aux évènements._
- Vous suivez les KPI des événements et les set-ups en ligne._

**_ Gestion Clientèle Privée_**
- Vous suivez la relation client facturation, suivi de commande, personnalisation, matériel de dégustation._
- Vous développez vos compétences de vente en direct avec des clients._

**_ Support Gestion Site Internet Le Cercle_**
- Vous assistez la responsable du site dans l’optimisation de la plateforme._
- Vous préparez du contenu pour les plugins produits et événements._
- Vous remontez les éventuels bugs ou suggestions d’amélioration._

**_ Projets Opérationnels :_**
- Vous lancez des projets d’amélioration opérationnels comme : le transport, le packaging, le merchandising et l’assortiment des produits._

**Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler **
- Vous suivez un Master en commerce, communication ou évènementiel
- Vous avez le sens du détail et une sensibilité à l'univers du luxe.
- Vous êtes de nature créative, proactive et dynamique.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et un excellent sens du relationnel.
