**Description du poste** Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Paris (Châtillon). As a Business and Data Analyst at Auto1 Group, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations ️

**Qualifications** Requirements**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- You are a native French speaker and are at ease in English
- You are proficient in Excel
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills. ️
- You can work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are curious
- You are ready to learn SQL and Python
- You are ready to explore what AI can do for you
