**Head of Investment (H/F) - CDI**

**Description du poste**

Femmes Business Angels, premier réseau de business angels au féminin en France et en Europe, réunit plus de 170 femmes investissant dans des startups, portées par des hommes ou des femmes.
Fort de 20 ans d‘expérience et de track record, plus de 200 startups ont été financées et accompagnées faisant de FBA un réseau figurant parmi le TOP 5 en France. Dans un contexte porteur pour l’investissement féminin et l’entrepreneuriat, **FBA renforce son organisation et recrute son futur « Head of Investment » pour accompagner sa dynamique de croissance.**

Il/Elle sera responsable de l’ensemble du pôle investissements, et sera l’interface entre : Entrepreneurs en recherche de financement ; Investisseuses du réseau ; Co-investisseurs ; Entrepreneurs financés par FBA ; Acteurs de l’écosystème.

**Description des missions**

**I. Identification, analyse et qualification des opportunités d’investissement**
- En liaison avec les investisseuses du réseau, et en les accompagnant dans leur montée en compétences, le Head of investment sera en charge de _:

- Organisation de toutes les étapes de l'investissement o Identification des startups à potentiel (dealflow) o Qualification des opportunités d’investissements (instructions et due diligences) o Organisation des sessions de présentation des startups (pitchs) au réseau o Coordination de la réalisation des investissements (négociations et closing) par les membres du réseau, et en liaison avec les co-investisseurs
- Suivi des investissements o Interface avec les sociétés investies o Mise en place et suivi des véhicules d’investissements FBA o Tenue des KPI
- Mise en œuvre du partenariat avec WinEquity pour la partie investissements

**II. Veille et partenariats**
- Veille sur l’activité du financement en amorçage et des tendances de l’innovation
- Contribution à la réflexion stratégique
- Coordination des partenariats de sourcing et des partenariats avec les co-investisseurs (autres réseaux, plateformes, fonds).
- Participation aux évènements liés au financement de l’innovation

**Profil**:

- Bac +5
- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans l’écosystème VC / investissement
- Passionné(e) par les startups et les nouvelles technologies, tous secteurs
- Parfaite connaissance de l’analyse financière
- Bonne maîtrise digitale et des outils informatiques
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), esprit critique et de synthèse
- Fédérateur/trice, doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel
- Dynamique, fait preuve d’initiative et est force de proposition
- Maitrise du français et anglais obligatoire

**Lieu**: Paris et télétravail partiel possible

**Rémunération**: selon profil
